Inzwischen haben wir in einem Jahr rund zehn Shootings(TfP) gemacht, kürzer und länger. Es war immer eine ehrliche Freude für uns beide, miteinander zu arbeiten, Fotos zu diskutieren und Neues auszuprobieren.

ich finde dies einfach super.
Kann mich ja noch gut an die Zeit von April 1967 bis Ende September 1968 erinnern, in welcher wir jeden Tag miteinander zu tun hatten. Es war die Zeit bei der BW. Häufig habe ich schon deine Hartnäckigkeit bewundert, wie du manche Dinge (z.B. Radio Peking, Radio Moskau) angegangen bist und meistens das erreicht hast, was du wolltest, sei es einige Mao-Bibeln, den Mao-Stern, Bücher aus solchen Ländern, etc.).
Insbesondere habe ich auch deinen Mut bewundert ohne Erlaubnis der BW in der damaligen Tschechoslowakei Urlaub, und dies noch ohne Genehmigung, zu machen. Wir haben da nächtens häufig (leise) Gespräche darüber geführt, während unsere weiteren Kameraden auf der Stube schon schliefen.
Ich denke, du hast einfach den richtigen Weg eingeschlagen und im Laufe der Zeit viele Kontakte in aller Herrenländer geknüpft. Heute würde man sagen: Erber hat ein Netzwerk aufgebaut, welches seinesgleichen sucht.

Hi,
We are fine, the children are in their school today (of course with their new stationary and brochures about Germany that you gave them).
We are missing you already Andreas for lots of fun and also knowlegde about photograpy. It’s especially for me, I have new experince in introducing our SOS in Bali for not many people in Bali know about SOS CV Bali and it’s programme.
We will still waiting for your next visit here.

My visit at your village was for me a heart-touching experience. The children met me with great joy and enthusiasm, they are all very well educated, grow well protected on their SOS family. This is a blessing for the children and your society.
An emotionally strong memory I have of the song that was played to my honor on the kepboard and sung, Not with me, Bondan Prakoso. Can you record this song and send me a file?
In many talks in Bali I unfortunately realized that the people know nothing of this beneficent work. Make the public aware of the project, as discussed. If you give me the Skype contact of your Balinese newspaper, like I’ll make it clear to the editor, it is important and necessary to give journalistic support for free.

Bali was the third SOS Children’s Village, which has given me a good insight into the beneficial work of the SOS organization. In the background I hear “Not with me”, which gives me a very positive feeling from Bali.
Bali is far from Germany, but the enthusiasm of the children I have stored in my heart. My photos and the song of Bondan Prakoso awaken anytime this unforgettable emotions.
I salute you, all the children and the mothers of the SOS Children’s Village
